Rick & Rachel VanSant

Rachel VanSant, (originally Rachel Carver), is daughter of Richard & Margaret Carver. She is married to Richard (yes, another Richard) VanSant III, son of Richard & Linda VanSant of Maryland, USA. To avoid the confusion of having three Richards in the immediate family, he has fortunately grown up with the shortened name of Rick.

Rick & Rachel have two boys, Matthew and Ryan.

Having met by extraordinary circumstances, Rick & Rachel got married in the USA, where they lived for a number of years before moved to Fiji to help us in the church there. After we left Fiji, they moved to Lismore Australia, where Rick is currently the pastor of the local church which we are establishing in this location.

Assist us with our needs

November 2009 - The Peter Gration family have completed their fundraising in the USA and are on their return journey to PNG. We thank the Lord and those that have supported them. It will be wonderful for PNG to have another missionary family again.

October 2009 - The Richard Carver jnr. family have also returned to PNG after the birth of our grandaughter, Hannah born in July 2009.
